After unplugging / plugging power cord, try to fast pushing button "del" on RC

Thanks for answer, but dont work. in the moment when i pull de ac power, is the red light (power) imediately RED!
also da tv dont detect any HDMI signal.
Mayby the Update have broken the box...???

I have the same issue, updated the box i have a 410 and now remote stopped working, but i can tell you that this will be the last time i buy a TVIP box.

You always can contact with your reseller about warranty.

I have same problem, in two last days two clients has same problem. Stuck after update, red light on box (something like Standby mode), not any reaction on any remote button combination, not even on reset button down in box, on tv HDMI not recognise any signal....dead

You heard what "ftor" said contact reseller, i am sure they will take it back after a software update bricked the device. But it is a long long process. I take it back to him, he will send box to Russia (he told me), then wait for TVIP support & service to fix it, after it they send it back.....not less than 45 days will past (I am sure that my clients are not ready to wait so long). Yesterday, our IPTV box wanted to make an update. After that, it just got in trouble. It shuts off after a while once you have started it. It works fine for a while after I have pulled out the cord and put it in again. But then the box turns black and it starts hacking.
fw version now is 5.0.16 what i read from other post there seems to still be issues with this fw even on 5.0.15 there was issue for many loading portal. why dont u release older version even if its not supported it worked sp much better than the new one
please fix this now

Something i did on my 605 (yes, i have many different TVIP boxes) after i got a black screen after an update was to do a factory reset. You can do that by pressing S.INFO, 4, 9, S.INFO and OK to see if your box will do a factory reset. Do remember that you need to setup everything again, so you need to know your service providers address.
