Hello? Anybody there? It must just be a simple parameter in some Linux config file, I can fix it myself if you tell me which parameter and what the SSH command line password is.

You can fix M3U playlist itself by setting tag
format="mpegts"
to each channel.

Doc is here: https://wiki.tvip.ru/en/m3u

Sorry, but that is not a workable solution, not even a workaround. I have a life you know, which does not include wasting my time adding tags in playlists. If I made this kind of suggestion to my customers in my IT consulting business, I wouldn't have any business.

I have been recommending your product to many people. I would like to continue doing that.

Please provide a fix.

It is much better. Thank you very much.

However, it has some strange effects. If I change back to the direct M3U link of my provider instead of going through xtreme editor, it constantly "jumps", like losing connection, screen goes black for a few seconds, then it's OK for maybe 15 seconds, then the same again. This also happens in the home screen. Either it is losing the connection as I said, or it has trouble syncing the video signal with the TV. I don't know. My provider seems a bit messed up ATM, because some channels are not what they are supposed to be either.

At any rate, it is workable again. Thank you again.

Update: Having been on v. 4.1.14 beta for a few days now, I can say it is slightly faster for changing channels, but not by much. In precent, I would say about 30%. Most of the time, changing channels means waiting several minutes for the feed.
