S-Box 410 reboots when I change channel

Hello

When I change to some of the channels my box reboots. It doesn’t occur on every channel, only on some of them. When the box reboots I have to change channel to one that I know works otherwise the box will reboot again.
I use the box with Linux and web-portal. Software version is 4.0.22 and the problem started yesterday. The box was updated to 4.0.22 in August.
Can anyone help me with this problem?

We have found issues with some not-correct HLS streams recently.
It could be your issue. We will fix that next update.

Hello I have this exact problem, i have version 5.0.20 from 23.12.2020, it worked better on the older firmware.

When i hit play on a channel, a vod or a radio channel it restarts, full reboot with red light.

The provider have put down alot of support but cannot find any faults from their part.

They have whitelisted my ip
They have removed Mac and added it
I have factory resetted the box

When i press a channel my provider gets indication that im watching but it instantly loses me again because its rebooting.
Watching m3u links works perfect in android apps, also stb emu works but i dont want other solutions i want my tvip box that i love to heart.

But i cant watch anything, it started doing this 3 days ago when i plugged out my hdmi and plugged it back in, then it was good bye.
Any ideas?
