After the set-top box is running for a few minutes (watching TV through WEB PORTAL), the set-top box displays a black screen and time. After I switched the TV show using the remote control (CH+ /-), it worked fine. After a while, the black screen is displayed again, so it appears repeatedly. This has seriously affected my mood to watch TV. My server vendor says other customers don't have this problem. I tested it with my friend's MAG323, there is no such problem! How to set it up to solve this problem?
