TVIP S-Box v.410: No audio on channel because of AAC LATM

Hello!

Recently a channel that went dark came back up again with a different audio codec;

Audio: AAC(LATM) 48000Hz stereo [A: Hungarian [hun] (aac (latm) he-aac, 48000 Hz, stereo)]
Audio: AAC(LATM) 48000Hz stereo [A: Multiple languages [mul] (aac (latm) he-aac, 48000 Hz, stereo)]

...and it seem like the v.410 cannot handle AAC LATM decoding. It is dead silent and just says "Unknown" when I try and change the audio source.

The channel works great in Kodi and in MPC.

I have already contacted my reseller letting him know that there is something "wrong" with the channel, BUT I would like to make you aware that this is an issue with this box.

Am I thinking this correctly that the box cannot handle this type of decoding or is it the channel provider doing something wrong on their end?

I tried resetting my v.410 and as it turned out, it fixed the issue with no sound on this particular channel. I checked multiple channels and there where several with no sound even though I could change the audio channel.

I don't know what had happened but now every channel has audio again.

I'm leaving this here if someone else has some similar issue.

Okey, scratch that. The issue came back.

I don't know what happened but just recently after many hours since I resetted the box the screen when black and when the picture came back the sound was gone and now it just says "Unknown" when I press the yellow (audio) button. I checked other channels and found two more that has no sound.

Don’t you think, that it could be an issue with the streams, not with the box?
