tvip 605 tv resolution

i have a Samsung tv which is not 4k and the tvip605 is not recognize the 1080-1920 resolution
and i did factory reset 5 times and still not working thanks for the help

The default resolution of v.605 is 1080p. It could be issue with your TV or cable.
You can try to use AV output, boot the box and change HDMI resolution from Auto to 1080p.
