tvip 415 issue

hello,
My Tvip 415 will not start, it only upload the bar about 85% then stops.
My friends that have exact same configuration are ok.

What to do ?

seems to be many ppl have problems with this ....

Problem was not the Tvip box, it was a firewall on the supplier, sorry dudes..
