Remote control issues TVIP410/412 after update

I have a problem with several TVIP 410/412 boxes. After the last update a lot of boxes don't work with the remote control anmyore. I tried with different boxes and different remote controls but same problem.
Is this a known problem and is there a solution for it?

We did not know about issue before.
How many boxes do not respond to remotes?

There are more than 5 at the moment. Meanwhile I tried new remote controls from other new tvip 410 and they work with the boxes but the remotes which were included with the boxes don't work anymore.

It appears on model with MC and also with models without MC. Ill try to change code with the mc versions but is there a solution for the remotes without the mc? I still receive many remote controls back which don't work anymore after update.

just tried with the mc versions. It seems to work with the mc remotes and also with some of the non mc remotes when I change the IR code of the box. It seems, the software update changed the IR code
