TVIP 605 LG TV

Hi,
Today, I was trying to install a 605 in a friend's LG, but the TV didn't reconside it, appearing the following message "invalid format".
I've tried in his other TV, also LG, and the same error.
I have a Sony, and it works fine.
Does anyone know how to go thru this?

Maybe your box has 4k mode enabled and this TV do not support it.

I have the same issue resolution problems I have the a Samsung tv and is not recognize resolution

i did factory resetv and still not work
