TVIP 605 - BUG with DVB multi-subtitles in streams.

Hello!

The TVIP 605 is configurated with web-portal and uses MAG-API.

When in the portal, choosing a channel with multi subtitles in the stream, the DVB subtitle dose not show.
However, the subtitle shows on a MAG box, on PC with VLC, and on Smart IPTV application on a smart TV but not on the TVIP 605...

But it's not showing any subtitle because i cannot choose any specific language, this is only on channels with multi subtitles
Any solution?
Is this problem on the way to be fixed?

I suppose, it is not "DVB subtitle", but "Teletext". Box will distinguish it, if portal uses "ffrt" media solution for each URL.

Correct, teletext.

The MAG256 is distinguishing it but not the TVIP 605 on same portal, how come?... Any ideas?

I have tried to speak with tvip group over one year about this problem and still they arent listening. Why does like the other Guy said that the subs works on the mag boxes but not the tvip boxes. Please fix this problem now so everybody will be happy. I have talked to Edo in skype without any luck.

Once again: it will work if "ffrt" solution is set up in mag portal.

TMC, we can’t affect anything on the portal. And the mag boxes works smootly. There is a bug on the webportal , mag mode.

Please fix it.

How you set up ffrt? if i want this fixed?

I'd like to see it fixed. It's been a long while we waited for the fix to show up in the next software update. I just wanted to make tvip boxes much better. Thanks
