Sbox 415 wifi problems

Hi for some reason my wifi stoped working and The box showed the wrong date and I couldent turn the box off...

Later i got the box to start agian but the 5gz band dont show when i search for it only the 2.4...

How do i fix this problem?

same problem with 5ghz, so it must be a known problem.

There are no mass complaints about this. You may just have defective units.

do you know if there is some copies of the Tvip 415 ? or all on the marked original?

As we know, there are no fakes of v.415.

I have now tried 3 different Tvip 415.
2 from recent delivery.
1 from older delivery.

I can find my 5 ghz net at home on all of them, but at my friends place we can not find the 5g net.

We can both see the 5ghz net on our mobilephones.

I am using a TP link c3200 router.

He just bought a new Asus router, where we can not see the 5g net,
There is nothing done with the configuration of the Asus router.
Any idea of why it can be like this?

Try changing the 5g WiFi channel.
