Problem with Tvip S410 stb

We bought many stb s410. Now have pair devices that was dead when users view channels. First start to freeze and hang, after reboot only blue light shine and no output over hdmi. It’s possible to restore this device or it’s completely dead? Devices is only 2 months old.
