Best Buffer settings?

What’s people’s view on the buffer settings? On 0 it would occasionally flicker if I was streaming on my tablet as well as the box, changed to 2 and been brand new. Is there any downfall of just sticking it right up to 5? Will it effect the audio being out of sync or anything if left on a while or am I as well to just do it?

they just sell boxes and make lol on you :P many questions there for 2-3 years without any feedback.
