TVIP S-Box v.605 Remot Control not working

Hello

I just got the TVIP S-Box v.605. Unfortunately, the remote control is not working. The box shows me the screen where I can choose the language but I can't press up nor down nor ok nor any other key. The red turn off button is flashing when I press a button.

What can I do?

v.605 has a bluetooth controller.
It usually connects automatically, but if it does not, you should be able to control STB over IR by pointing remote to stb.

Thanks for the answer. I already tried and it does not work. Is there a key combination to force pairing? Is there any reset button?

For force pairing, you need to press INFO+EPG. Better remove/insert batteries before.
And once again, if remote does not work in IR mode, it's a bit strange.

Didn't work. Is there a way to reboot/reset the box? The power-off button on the box does not shut it down. Btw: it's a new product.

Maybe you need to replace the remote.
