STB is blocked

Hello...
I need help..
I've got a S410.. and my box doesnt pass the STB is blocked screen no more... it has been working perfectly for the last 2 years, but since yesterday it doesn't pass that scrren...
I've spoke to my provider, and from his side, everything is ok... i've even got pictures thta he sent me with my account valide, and working...
but then again, on my side my screen is always the same...
Can someone help me with this? Is there a chance that the firmware is blocking my box?
I changed provider 2 months ago... but didnt have any problem untill yesterday...

I waited 24 hours and all works well now. Don’t know why but it works now
