EPG not working

Hi !
I am new to IPTV and I just got this Box.
I got Tv to work with an link to my edited m3u list at xtream-editor . So I also added the given
EPG Url but EPG is not working.
I asked the support of xtream editor but the say that they have lots of customers with a tvip box and everything should work. The said that maybe the capacity of the box is too small to handle an epg with more than 500 channels. Is that possible?
I didnt change the original setting of the box.

It could be possible, that EPG is too big...

Is there any information about HOW big the EPG may be ? or how many channels max?
Or if I insert a SD Card can I use this additional memory for more EPG?

It is hard for us to guess, what exactly happens in your situation.
If you send us EPG file, we could check.

My EPG is still not working. I contacted my IPTV
provider and he told me that my box is downloading the epg every 10 min and thats why it doesn’t work and I have to change the settings for that.Does that make any sense?

Basically, it should not do that so often.
