Please help Tvip S-Box. v.410

Hello im need help please because My box dead .


When I start the box TV it turns on only that the starter light never goes out of blue I turn it off and come back to turn blue always. Also does not leave the main screen Background image TVIP. Neither recognize the enthernet door anyone can give me some tips are things bought in PayPal some time just now I called to try already if it was somebody please can you give me some information please

If you have hardware issues, please, contact company that you've purchased from for replacement.
