English, italian, portuguese, russian, but the language remains in english, tvip s-box v.412

Maybe you are just using some web portal, that do not support Italian.

Hmm. Just double-checked on v410: Italian seems to work fine. Do you have the latest FW (3.8.25)?

Latest should be 3.8.7.
