S412 recording issue

Im using TVIP s412 with mag portal.

I have a few issues with recording.

1. when i start recording i get a blank screen for 1 second after 24-30 seconds of recording , then channel is reloaded and is continues.

I have tried to use a fast microsd , usb 3.0 stick i get similar results.
i have tried to enable / disable buffering and set also to 5000ms.
i have tried to disable enable time shifting.

nothing helps.

2. i cannot get it to record future programs without luck , i head over to the channel is want press on the red button and set the time to future time , when time comes it does not start recording for some reason.

3. is there an option to watch one channel while recording another?

Are you sure, that this worked OK before on an old firmware?
It could be related to the portal, actually.

could it be related to wrong auto shift / buffer settings ?

I dont know because i only had this firmware , i just got my tvip stb.

how can it be related to box ? what should i ask them to check ?
recording on pc using vlc is smooth and ok.

You could first check the old version.

it works fine from TV (with m3u).

I guess its issue with provider. any idea what it could be?

Could you share some recorded files over dropbox or smth?

current status = on mag it it stops (blank screen) every 20-30 seconds and continues (seems there is one video file).
current status = on m3u it seems to record fine but when you watch recording there is an issue that the streams jumps back every 30sec - 1min or so and plays the same part again.

any ideas?
