s-box 410 MAG problem

I have my own MAG Portal.Ich can see the whole channel list but am not able to play TV channels. What could be the problem .I have S-Box 410 and am satisfied with the box.Can you help me??

Which kind of portal do you have? Is it Stalker or your own portal?
What kind of media streams? In which format?
