S-410 rewind and forward

Hi all,

I have a tvip S-BOX 410, when I see a vod if I want to go forward or rewind I cannot do that.

I've tried the following:
hold down the forward / rewind button
hold down the numeric button (thinking that can skip forward or rewind 30-60 seconds)

but nothing, I can only stop or pause it.

Could you please help me?
