Can not record with TVIP Box 412

Hello,
I bought a TVIP Box 412 and noticed, that it is not possible to record streams with the box. Recordings can be programmed in Stalker Portal, but are not stored on the USB flash drive or on the Micro SD card.
I urgently need an update to make recordings possible. A Box that can not record streams is in the year 2016 not acceptable, sorry!
Or do I make any mistakes?

REcording was tested with Stalker portal and should work. Maybe you did not setup USB drive correctly or it is not properly recognized by the system.

I also tried with Micro SD Card and this did not work too. Is there anything I can do in the settings? USB drive was recognized correctly because I can play files vom the USB drive.

The USB-Drive is in the NTFS format. But this could not be the mistake because that format is supported by the box.
What else could be?

And my streaming service told me, that there is TimeShift needed to record streams. But when I chosse TimeShift "auto" in the settings, the streams have a very bad quality. However a recording is not possible with this setting too.

And there is also no recording possible when I only use a m3u Playlist on the box. Recordings does not work.

First of all, NTFS could be mounted in read-only mode.

How can I test this or how can I take care to use a format that will work.

In the meanwhile I tested my USB-Stick an SD-Card. On PC I can add files to the stick and to the card. So I think the NTFS could not be mounted in read-only mode.

In the settings of the box I can see that there is a DVR-Storage. What can you tell me about this. On my box there ist no DVR-Storage enabled and you can not choose a DVR-Storage at this point. Has this anything to do with the recordings?
When I for example change from the stalker Portal to m3u lists and try to start a recording from a channel of the m3u-List, the box asks me for a DVR-Storage. But you can even choose no DVR-Storage at this point too.

I want to say, that TVIP box sometimes can not use NTFS filesystem to write data. Could you, please, format to FAT32 or exFAT and test?
