Good morning , asking for support for a problem presented himself on an s -box v4.10 . After a software update to the 3.7.12 version of the device in the M3U playlist setting it does not make me update multiple M3U playlist URL . When you press the OK button to change the URL device reboots without giving way to perform URL settings . I tried to make a factory reset with the DEL key process startup, but nothing is reset. To make factory reset, you should press Power key for 10 seconds in the main menu screen. That will help to clear your old url, that seems to cause a problem
