Hi. We have a TVIP S-BOX V705. Recently changed to EE broadband. When switched on, the box stays on a blank screen, then says reload page/portal. Have tried both options. Does not work. When I reboot the EE modem and router then switch on the box, I get the home page to load. I can go onto the menu then choose entertainment for example. After choosing a channel it sometimes works. Most of the time the menu freezes and I cannot go back to look at system setup. When I have been able to, I have looked at network, and the wifi is connected to the box.
I will try to connect it with ethernet instead to see if that helps, but I am wondering if it has anything to do with the new broadband/wifi which is running at 1.67 GBPS average at all times, and a good upload rate too.

Having almost identical problems. Was with BT, it was ok, just had the occasional spat with the box freezing. However when I renewed my contract approx 3 weeks ago, BT, then became EE, hense new router etc, that's when the problems started.
I called them, they checked everything and no problems found. Also went back to my provider, they said no problems reported?.
