Remote light remains red

Hi,

I could use some help.

I have a tvip s 605, suddenly the led behind the power button of the tvip remains red. Ir (of the tvip) is not working, ir for the TV works, no Bluetooth connection anymore.

Does anybody knows this problem and how to solve it?

Hello,

I suspect your remote was broken you could replace it or if your TV's is supported CEC, you could enable cec via any keyboard on box and use remote from TV.

Thanks for your reply. I'm surprised that the commands of the tv stil work on ir so it's not completely dead?

Any ideas?
