TVIP v500 (s500)

Hello Everyone
I bought a used TVip v500
It has a custom image of a TV company (iAN TV Network)
Is there a way to reset the TVIP Box to the factory settings, since I did not succeed with the standard methods

The service provider could lock the boxes, and some settings can't reset even factory reset.
