problem Tvip s box v605

I have a problem with my tv box is a Tvip s box v605. In a nutshell I can not do practically anything, if I go to the TV section it is blocked, I also tried to do the factory reset but this does not start as it is explained on the net and there are no options for this. The box should have the possibility to be installed with Android but inside there is Linux which I don't need much and when I try to search the internet for a solution this does not exist. I tried some guides but it doesn't work, and in the guides, among other things, there are options that do not exist on my box. I am trying to do everything to fix it but I am not succeeding and I have paid a lot for it too. So I ask you experts for some help. Please solve this problem for me.

Sorry, I suspect you box has provider lock. You could try install Android, the firmware and manual are available here:

The problem is the provider block, I tried to download and if I didn't get it wrong, select the model is the operating system I currently have so I should write something like this:

with this link it gives me the 404 error and does not let me download anything. in any case I tried to install the firmware but it gives me aborted installation and it doesn't let me do anything. always says STB blocked contact the provider and I contacted the support but I have not yet received an answer.
