Channel groups not displaying v 605

Hello,
sorry if am asking basic question, I am very new to TVIP device, namely i can see all channels listed, but without channel groups. I have tried same m3u list on Android device and channels groups are normally shown. This makes navigation pretty hard. Is there something to be pressed/chosen in order that the groups are shown. Are you using Android or Linux? Web Portal?
At least when using Linux and Web-Portal, you should see categories. But it also depends on the provider. Ask your provider what settings they advise
