How to change from stalker to portal on the 412

Local server ok on web portal but when I reset it comes on stalker and its blocked and when I go on web portal settings portal manager comes on, and use web portal comes whole system,if I make portal off its ok.

Hello,

This boxes Provider Class and mange by Service Provider. All settings installed by provisioning.
