"on sound" and "on video"
In the portal i can send "Complain" if something is wrong with the stream, but two of them have "on" instead of "no". So it should be "no sound" and "no video", but instead it is "on sound" and "on video". Is this a portal issue or a TVIP box issue? If this is in the TVIP box, could you fix it?

The portal it's part of software of your Service Provider. If some streams works fine and some not, it;s troubles of your Service Provider
But need more investigate all cases, Your service provider can contact with TVIP for resolving issues.

But you should be able to see if this menu is coming from TVIP or from the portal... You will see the menu when you press S.INFO on the remote. Same menu as you change audio and subtitles.

I'm talking about the message. It is spelled wrong, so i need to know if this menu is coming from the TVIP box or it is wrong the service provider.

I suspect it's from portal because in normal mode when you push s.inifo the box shows information menu
