But private messages are available

Can someone tell me how i should send a private message to another user on this forum? According to phpBB i should have a Private message tab in my user control panel, but i don't have any. So when ftor tell us to send him PM's it is not that easy

The forum need to enable private message and to attach files, so users can upload screenshots. It will be much easier than using other services and then link to the pictures.
