Portal is not loading with my tvip 605

Hello, does anybody has the same problem?
I have black screen with running symbol.... My tvip 605 cannot load my portal. What should i do?

Same problem here after last update, and yes a speak whit my provider, no problem from them. My Apple TV working whit apps.

Did you try reboot the box?

Yes I have the same problem. It looks like some portals are not compatible with TVIP boxes while others are.
I tested about 60 servers and 59 worked but 1 did not while it worked on other boxes

Could you please describe the symptoms of it, sw version and etc?

It is the latest software and sold over 100 TVIP boxes 425 and 605. It used to work previously with the same portal but after changing panel that specific url does not work as it only shows a full dark screen with no error while the same portal url works on other stalker boxes.
No idea why and I tried everything hard reset etc
It works if I use M3u playlist but not with that Mac address or any Mac address that starts with 10:27:BE

Why do suppose the problem in the boxes if update your portal (but after changing panel )?
