tvip 412 and 415 web portal without function

I have a tvip 412 and 415. Listed as a web portal. Link from server is set. Everything went well until yesterday. And now the bar comes and only loads 3/4 and nothing works anymore. No more list. Who can help me?

did you contacted with your service Provider, maybe, they updated something?
