do Tvip v.605 4k support https: // with the web portal?

hey everyone, does anyone know if the Tvip box supports https: // on web portal? that my supplier says that Tvip does not support because they have not yet done the update for that, if it is possible to do, does someone explain to me how to do it on the web portal?

Yes, TVIP supports web portals over HTTPS protocol.

the channel list appears, but does not open any, with another box opens everything, so my question?
