Cant do factory reset - TVIP s 605

Hi!
Today suddenly my portal not working

I'm trying to do factory reset from the info I found in here "S.INFO, 4, 9, S.INFO. Then press OK. STB will reboot. " But This is NOT working for me at all.
Nothing happens with S.INFO, 4, 9, S.INFO. Then press OK. STB will reboot.


so I tried to download firmware according to https://wiki.tvip.ru/en/how_to_update/ota
When I telnet asking for root login?? I dont know user/password to continue

Pleas help, what to do from here?

Put your firmware on a usb stick and do a reset, dont use telnet because they dont share user and password with us

When I download firmware, do I need to zip the file or the box do it ?

When booting try del,del,del continiously untill meny for factory reset appear. First wipe partition then reset.

Where can I find thetvip_firmware.signed.ota.zip file? I have an issue. When I start the box it cannot boot. I see only the wite TVIP letters going up to the Blue and no more further.
Any help how to solved it.
I remember one year ago i manage to have android on the box by use a file like this
tvip_firmware.signed.ota.zip which i installed it on box using a USB and and pressing a button on remote control.
Any body have it?it will be OK with that because one month ago i updated the software following a massage on the box.?

For me the factory reset from the info I found in here "S.INFO, 4, 9 is ok and i manage to reboot the box. Of course i had to reinstall all the apps again using my USB. Some of them opens in landscape. How can I tern them from Landscape to portrait?

I tyred 2, 3 but no one can screen rotation. If any body app to manage screen rotation on that box pls tell as.
