stuttering channels

Hi,

I have purchased tvip 615.
I encounter very often the problem of stuttering channels.
In the evening it is worse, în the morning better, but still existing.
There is also a difference between channels, working perfect and others not working at the same time.
What are the points that might provoke this situation?
Internet Speed?
Router parameters?
TV parameters?
TVIP 615 parameters?
Is there a possibility to run any Kind of diagnostics to find out?

I have the same problem 🤬 and I have very very fast internet.

Hi, try to mail your provider, and ask them to restart your account. It’s help for me.

It’s start to stuttering again, so what happens. It’s so bad support so a recommen not to buy tvip.

I had the same problems,after buying a new Ausus router,with IPTV support,98% of the problems are gone-check your hardware-not always suppliers fault.
