Stuck at boot

When I changed os to Android at it was installing it my power cut of. Now when I turn it on it is stuck at the boot screen, it says Tvip. I have an Tvip S-box 605

This does nothing. Still stuck at TVIP logo. My remote red light flickers when I press anything.

I have done it without remote, bad memory
Try update from usb?

When I pressed DEL multiple times and then went away for like an hour it fixed itself. Thank you very much!
