HEEEELP, 605 and pink/green screen !!!!!!?

tvip605 and philips 52" tv, what can i do to solve the problem?
After around 30 minute the sceen are pink and green all over, then after 1 mute it go away, but came back again many time (
I have try 605 other places that NOT have philips tv, and the box seems to be OK, this happend ONLY with my Philpips tv i thing!!!??

And what happend if i do an factory settings? Will i loose portalsettings and/or m3u file?
