Poor Picture Quality in GSTB Mode S-605

Hi All,

I am having a problem with the picture quality on the STB which is running via a web portal and GSTB mode (MAG).
The quality of the picture is poor and for example peoples faces look like they are painted and pixelated.
I have tried changing various settings and providers but i am struggling to get an acceptable quality of picture.
What makes things worst is i purchased the box as an upgrade to my old MAG box but the picture on the old MAG box is almost perfect.

Which video mode is used in setting?

Video mode is 1080p/50Hz, PAL.

@tmc are they any other settings that can be adjusted or Firmware to help correct the issue?

I am using a Samsung Smart TV but i have checked this on a Sony and the picture isn't any different so i can assume its a TVIP STB config issue.

Do you allow root access to the software, if so could you tell me what the default username and password would be?

Could you, please, make some photo of box playing HD video in poor quality?

I have the same problem. Look picture: hmmm, i dont know how to set in picture here?!!!
But after 20-30 minute picture start to be bad, some pink and green color all over the screnn, stay so around 1 minute and go away, but soon back again !!!!!
