605 box wont upgrade from 4.2.16 to 4.2.21

Hi
Got an 605 box sw 4.2.16, the box would like to upgrade to 4.2.21 and halts all the time, any solutions?

Don’t upgrade it’s only problem, it’s look they want every buddy to us Android “shit“. I have only problem after last update and now a want to start us a app on my tv.
