Lost wifi and cant activate bluetooth remote Tvip 605

Hi.
I lost the wifi option in the network section. I cant activate the bluetooth remote to the box
Software version 4.2.21
Any 1 has a ide what to do?

Seems like a hardware issue with wireless chip.
