New to Tvip boxes - newbie question

Hello,
A friend gave a used 410 tvip box. I have been trying to configure it with web portal but....
On tv settings I have no option to do that. I only have buffering, DVR, timeshift storage and Auto-timeshifting.... nothing else??
Already tried to manually update and the system always returns with same language.. as if no reset/upgrade was done??
Can someone please help me?

Have you tryed to reset the box with the key combinations s-info 49 s-info ?

I tb i'm with the same problem i've done s.info 4.9 s.info and does not work from to redefine otherwise
