Tvip s412 can't start with linux?

Hi
my box was in android but now when i'm switching to linux it can't get it to work?
when i need to change firmware i come to the circle and then it asks if i want to switch to android and press ask not.
and so it goes on, it does not get started in linux.
have tried recovery and from usb but the same thing, never goes past the circle.
what to do?
