no web portal v.415

I have one tvip v.415 but I don't have the option web portal it's like this menu is hidden.

please can help me solve this problem ?
What do I have to do ?

Press: s.info, 4, 9, s.info. The Firmware will be reinstalled. chekt it then after that.
