Tvip 605 Video preview size+offset box

I was having an issue where the video preview was not fitting in its 'box' correctly. It was slightly offset from the STBEmu preview template with a black frame.
Sorry no screenshot yet...unless it happens again...
I tried mutiple video settings with no change.
However, after I enabled 'TV channel list with preview' under ' Appearance' the video preview fit again in the preview box.

-> Is this coincidence?
-> Is this setting required to be enabled?

I would like to add... but I don't seem to be able to edit the original post...

-> If 'TV channel list with preview' is required with STBEmu on TVIP 605, why is it not enabled by default?
I would think that STBEmu requires 'preview' enabled by default.

Or am I missing something fundamental here?
