Sometimes sound disappears when changing channels

Hi!

I have a issue where sound, sometimes, is gone when I'm switching channels.
This issue doesn't occur everytime but at least 1-2 times per evening (for around 3h watch of tv).

Scenario:
When switching channels, the sound can suddenly be gone.
This despite changing to another channels, so no sound at all is heard.
So its a consistent issue until workaround mentioned below:

To get the sound back, I need to open up for example the Youtube app in the box and then back to "TV" to hear sound again.
Or switch input on my TV, such as opening another source and then back to the source where IPTV is seen.

This issue happens when using the MAG Portal.
This has happened despite using different suppliers of IPTV.

I have TVIP 605 box, with the latest firmware, 4.2.16.
However, this issue has been there for some time now, so not unique for the current FW-version.
I think I have seen this issue for around 1-3 months.

My TV is Samsung KS7005.

I have tried to switch HDMI port on my TV as well as changed HDMI cable, but still same issue.
I have changed the sound settings in the box (Pass-through as well as PCM) but still same issue.

Please advice.
