Black screen Tvip 412

Hi guys,

I have a Tvip 412 and it has suddenly become unresponsive, there is blue light and all on the front but I have only a black screen, no buttons nothing works... I've tried different HDMI and on another TV as well...

What can I do??

I have the same problem with my 410. Looks like no one is answering questions on this forum.

Did you try to enter recovery mode by pressing Del button on power on?

Yes repowered system several times. Also tried reset button. No change.

Where is del button on 410? I only see reset button underneath? Is it on remote?
