Tvip 415 remote control not working

Hi, i've bought an tvip 415 2 months ago, and since Yesterday the remote control doesn't work. I don't know if are the remote controll or system of TVIP, because the ir on remote controll work (the led of TV Blink when i click the button of remote).
What Is the problem?
Can you help me??

try to press "Sinfo" about 10 seconds and hold it about 10 cm from the box, that would solve it.
