MAC address not valid - Smart IPTV

Hi,

I tried to activate my TVIP S-Box with Smart IPTV, but got the error message: MAC address not valid.

Does anyone know how to get around this? I tried to install the Android app via the browser on the S-box, but nothing happens.

Why don’t you ask server owner first?
