HDMI-CEC suggestion.

I have a suggestion for the HDMI cec thats bugging me. When my tvip 412 is in standby/Off, it's still sending signals that it's On. So when I turn on my TV and receiver, it want to connect to the tvip box before anything else. Would be great if it can be fixed. :)
